Gin is a juniper-flavoured spirit drink produced by flavouring organoleptically suitable ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin with juniper berries (Juniperus communis L.).
The spirit base is usually a grain alcohol and the main flavouring agent is the berry of the juniper bush. Other botanicals include anise, angelica root, cinnamon, orange peel, coriander and cassia bark.
We supply distilled gin, produced by redistilling ethyl alcohol in tradition stills with juniper berries and other botanicals, or by mixing the product of such distillation with flavoured ethyl alcohol.
We supply London Gin - a distilled gin - obtained exclusively from neutral grain spirit with a methanol content of max. 5 grams per hectolitre. The typical gin
flavour is added exclusively through the redistillation in traditional stills of the grain spirit together with natural juniper berries and botanicals.
